At Emergency Ice, we follow strict guidelines from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as the International Packaged Ice Association (IPIA). Our customers can rest assured that the manufacturing process of our ice is never touched by human hands. Feel confident in knowing our Emergency Ice delivery drivers have their temperature taken every morning and are provided with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer as we journey around North and Central Texas to provide service you can trust.
Additionally, we are following the CDC recommendations by practicing social distancing. Our ice facilities at 8700 Diplomacy Row in Dallas is still open for dock sales. Customers are more than welcome to call us to place an ice order in advance. One of our team members will make sure to load the ice in your vehicle while minimizing person to person contact.
